Hotel se merece 2.5 estrellas, no 4
Este hotel es muy sobrevalorado. En el nivel de los Estados Unidos, esta clasificación del hotel debería ser 2.5 , no 4.0 . Es muy engañoso a la lista este hotel como un hotel de cuatro estrellas. En el segundo día de nuestra estancia, el hotel no tenía agua caliente por la mañana, y tuvimos que darnos una ducha fría en medio de enero. Mi esposa estaba un poco harta después. La habitación del hotel es pequeña, y hay olor desagradable en la habitación y también de la cortina de la ducha.

I liked almost everything about the hotel. My room was simply amazing: with ceiling was about 4m high, and I had a lovely terrace! The stuff was very helpful: I was going to Lisbon one afternoon,and got lots of advices from the personal. We had to leave to the airport early morning before the breakfast starts, so the personal brought us some breakfast into the room a night before.
The only complaint is that one had to pay for WiFi (I think it would be more convenient to include it into the price for the room) and it didnt work all that well disappearing all the time.. Also the breakfast was a little poor with no fresh vegetables and too few fruits..

It is close to the beach and the train station.
You cannot even sit straight on the toilet without hitting your knees in the sink, you have to sit sideways if you are planning to use the toilet. Room is damp and has a musty smell, plus the roof leaks when it rains and dripping on top of the TV. It rained for three days during our stay over there, room was suppose to be changed and since it stopped raining on the fourth day and nothing was done.

But unfortunately it just didn't work for us, maybe it was just a really bad room and the rest of them are nicer?? If you want to stay here, don't let them put you in Room 304 and make sure you check your room rate before paying! Sound proofing on the windows was good - traffic is quite busy in that area but you don't notice with the windows closed.”
