Ventajas: The Waldschloss is on the list of Passau hotels but it is actually a few kilometers away and exactly on the Austrian border. It has both a German and an Austrian address! The location is in the middle of a forest, quiet and peaceful. The restaurant serves real comfort food from Austria: dumplings, roasts and the like. The service was warm-hearted and welcoming. The building is fully modernized but you can recognize the historic bones of the "Forest Castle", very romantic.
