Llegue a las 19 hs con todo pago x QEEQ certificado de seguro a nombre de Europcar Irlanda de Visa y AIG empresa aseguradora q opera en toda Europa y tiene sede en Irlanda pero al manager no le servia y despues de dar vueltas para q rechazara la reserva me ofrecio su seguro El alquiler era x 28 dias y USS 860,el seguro q me ofrecia €1470 +1000 deposito Inaceptable Luego de amenazarme con la policia y quererme sacar de la oficina de recogida q no esta en el aereopuerto Al final me hizo rechazar la reserva de Kayak-QEQ y hacer una nueva con Europcar ( llovia a mares y 21 hs, tenia reservado hotel a 120 km) costo €1168 +2000 deposito No tuve altrnativa Aclaro q QEEQ me hizo la devoluvion entregue el auto el 29/7/26 tengo el comprobante q no tenia ningun desperfecto y limpio pero hoy29/7/26 no he recibido el deposito€2000 Aclaro q en Inglaterra alquile x 28 dias con Kayak-Alamo y me aceptaron el seguro y no tuve esos problemas pero pague al recogerlo Mi experiencia es q no se puede pagar antes de recogerlo porque lo mismo me paso en Miami ,pense q los anglosajones no eran tan estafadores Tampoco recibi ninguna informacion de Europcar lo q concluyo q debe ser politica de la empresa y no un manager de Dublin Cuidado x q te pueden arruinar un viajeOpinión del 20 ago. 2026

Very poor communication and I think we got scammed. They charged us $61 per day for insurance and said it was mandatory. Everyone else we talked to paid anywhere from $17-$30 per day for insurance. When we asked if there was any cheaper insurance option they said this was the only one and absolutely required otherwise we could not take the car and we had already paid for it in full. There was no information anywhere before or during of insurance requirements or costs.Opinión del 9 may. 2023

They did not accept a letter from my credit card company for CDL insurance because it did not say Ireland on the letter. The letter said I was covered "Worldwide" but they would not accept it, therefore, I had to pay an extra €350 for the rental car. What an absolute scam!!!Opinión del 17 abr. 2023

I had a great experience at Europcar Dublin. They served me very quickly, all of them were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help me with any request and query that I had. The car was clean and we'll maintained. Really happy with the rent.Opinión del 5 feb. 2023

They did not believe me when I told them my credit card would cover any damages to the vehicle, they made me call the United States to get it in writing, which took a while, and then they said that that didn’t cover everything and I needed to pay another $90… Felt like a conOpinión del 30 ago. 2022
