I waited in a line up for 2 hours to check in and when I finally got to the counter thewy wanted to upcharge me for extra miles (even though I had paid extra for "unlimited" mileage. Clerk said it was unlimited but "capped". Crazy. Anyway bottom line is I did not rent the car and need a refund of my deposit of $173.??Opinión del 30 ago. 2023

I liked nothing. I never even picked up the truck because the clerk at the counter said they were going to charge for kilometers when the ad specifically stated unlimited kilometers. That is the only reason I rented it because of the unlimited kilometers and so this is absolutely false advertising and I want my refund of $88.00 back from priceline and if you don't refund me then I will be going to the better business bureau and also to consumer matters on global newsOpinión del 7 jul. 2023

Manager there was very passionate and kind. The experience and price point were great. They were accommodating to adjusted times for pick up and drop off. Would absolutely recommend and use Routes again.Opinión del 23 may. 2023

Pick up took over an hour. Car was given to me on 1/4 tank, no wiper fluid, half drank bottles of pop under the seats, and the control system was flashing “OIL CHANGE REQUIRED” from first pick up. Shuttle service to airport is a very nice touch. Great price for rental and a very nice new vehicle to drive.Opinión del 21 may. 2023

They never show up with the car, I called several time and never answer the phone, I was with an elder people waiting arc the airport for almost 2 hours for the car and never show up… I ended up spending way to more money in Uber because of that, I need to have my money backOpinión del 14 may. 2023

Great experience! The prices were cheaper than another other competitor, and this is why I chose to book with routes. I had never booked with them before so didn’t know what to expect. I appreciate that there was a shuttle service from the airport to the car rental (it comes every 15 minutes). The employees were kind and it didn’t take very long to get the car. It was a bigger car than expected, which worked out really well for my friends and I on our road trip. The car was 2023 and super clean.Opinión del 6 may. 2023

After waiting for an hour and a half for the shuttle at the airport, we were driven to their offsite location. We asked if we could return the car early as our travel plans changed but they did not open until 0730 the next day. The lady was nice enough but couldn’t cancel our reservation.
