Whatever we liked is far overshadowed by the fact that they have charged us over three times the rental amount quoted. We are disputing the charges. I would NEVER rent a vehicle from them againOpinión del 25 may. 2022

Ridiculous service, i rented cars many times in the US. Now at the advantex desk i was asked for a “international drivers licence” I said i never had to present that. But she couldn’t care. I stepped 5 steps to the right and found myself in front of the Alamo desk and luckily they had a car for me without an International license as do all the other rental companies. They counter was closed at 1207, after I called ahead and said my flight was delayed. So I didn’t receive my rental in the next morning, had to reserve a second hotel and pay two hefty Urbers. I reserved a midsize vehicle, for one person. They gave me a mini van. But the van clean.Opinión del 16 ene. 2022

No one at desk, we waited 15 min while a nearby rental agency came to help. No sign was put up to tell us where to go. He looked around & found one behind the counter telling us to go to the rental garage & find a neighboring company’s return desk. Car was fine, rate was decent, staff were overworked but friendly. Seems like staffing issues. Will likely rent with one of the larger companies that had staff at their desk next time.Opinión del 25 nov. 2021

So it would be extremely helpful if people knew exactly what kind of deposit was expected from the rental car dealership. I had to pay a 250$ deposit but I budgeted 200$. So us know before booking the rental what deposit is required for that specific merchantOpinión del 29 set. 2021

The pickup process was not good was not aware that you had to provide a utility bill, provided my mortgage statement they couldn't use that. I was able to give them a water bill. It's too much to rent a car would never use them again.Opinión del 9 set. 2021

When I came in they asked me for a utility bill in order to rent when that term was nowhere in the terms & conditions. I’m pretty sure they rented my reserved car at a higher price to the people in line ahead of me :(Opinión del 18 ago. 2021
