First, when I came to pick up the vehicle the line was too long that took me 1 hour, once I was in the front desk the budget employee told me that I should bring my passport, I told her that it was at the hotel and she didn't look for any solution..even when it asked her for the guidelines and nothing was written. I came back to the hotel took my passport and then when I didn't receive the vehicle I rent, she offer me a couple of vehicles and I choose a MB sedan , the wors't option since the car was dirty, the wipers didn't work correctly same as the sunroof.Opinión del 12 oct. 2023

Worst car rental experience ever. Budget promised free insurance for our car rental - but still charged for insurance. Also, with their own words, they gave us upgraded car without us knowing that - and they charged us higher price because for that car. Please end your co-work with this shitty company! This rental location is a mess, and in a bad neighborhood. They did not have digital documents and used a dot matrix printer. To top it allnoff, they are trying to charge me $200 more than what the reservation says. Make sure to read the charges on the contract before you sign, even if the document is on paper printed from a dot matrix printer.Opinión del 18 jul. 2023
