Horrible horrible horrible. They gave me a broken car, and it took them half an hour to swap it. I asked for an extension accordingly (just the 30min), and was harassed by both of the agents at the site - even while one was helping another customer! It was a horrible experience and I won’t use budget or Avis again (same counter).Opinión del 28 ago. 2023

There was a chunk of the tire missing when we went to pick it up. We drove 13hrs and the rotors and brakes were in terrible condition and the tires had no tread. The wheel would shake when trying to stop. Very upset budget couldn’t take the time to look over brakes and rotors before customers came to pick the car up. I was surprised we made it to our destination safely it was that badOpinión del 11 set. 2022

I waited 2.5 hours in line to pick up my car. And I did the pre-registration. Something is not working in your process.Opinión del 4 set. 2022

First car was so dirty they gave me a new one. The second car did not have a working a/c and I had to drive two hours to exchange it because all locations were closed during holiday weekend except airport. Third car they gave me was scratched up, beat up and dirty inside. Unreal.Opinión del 1 jun. 2022

I had a drop-off time scheduled for 7 PM, and they failed to warn me that the drop-off location closed at 6 PM. When I called them, they informed me that if I didn't make it in by 6 PM and had to use the drop-off box to leave the car, I'd be charged another day. Therefore, at the last minute, I had to rush to get the car in before closing time because they failed to inform me of this information.Opinión del 8 may. 2022

1. Customer rep tried to overcharge at pick up, changing the requested time and date to make it over 2 day. 2. My credit card was charged twice (talking to my CC about this, waiting for tx to post so we can report that as fraud. 3. No receipt upon dropping offOpinión del 18 abr. 2022
