Ventajas: The staff was very friendly and it was easy to drop the car off at the airport
Ventajas: The car was clean and had plenty of bells and whistles. The process was fast and simple.
Desventajas: Because of COVID, I was hoping for plates from New England. There was exactly one car available at my reserved price point and it had New York plates. There were plenty of cars if I cared to move up to the next level. This seemed planned.
Desventajas: Drop off was unclear, but it was at a hotel and not airport or specific rental car site.
Desventajas: At pickup we were told by the Enterprise attendant that we had to use the automatic toll pay system that was installed in the vehicle whenever we came to a toll booth. That the toll system was all automatic and we could not pay cash, and the devise in the car would automatically pay the toll and the amount of the toll would be added to our bill. Plus Enterprise would tack on an ADDITIONAL $4 Every time we used the device. It was NOT true that we could not pay cash. We disabled the device and were able to pay cash at every toll booth location and we avoided the additional $4 Enterprise charge at each toll booth. Is it Enterprise policy to deceive their customers in this manor, or only a misinformed employee?
Ventajas: Staff very friendly. Drop-off easy.
Desventajas: there weren’t enough people working when i picked up the car, so it took a verrrrry long time
Desventajas: Make it clear that this is not in the airport and closes at 6pm!!!
Desventajas: This is the message I received from Enterprise two days before my rental was supposed to begin. This is unacceptable. *ENTERPRISE* Hello! We regret to inform you that due to a glitch in our system that allowed reservations to be made after already being sold out, we do have to cancel your reservation for your rental car coming up soon at our Roxbury location. Please feel free to call another enterprise to see if you can get it transferred. We do apologize for the inconvenience, this was a last resort decision. Thank you for your cooperation.
Ventajas: Terrible service.
Desventajas: The company cancelled (via a text message) our reservation, half an hour before our trip! When we asked them if they have another car on another location, they said they had one in Dorchester but they wanted us to pay 200$ (instead of 80$ that was the price we had rented the first car). We denied to pay this amount and after a bit they had no cars in no location. We spent 30$ in Uber to find another car from another company. They delayed our trip at least 2-3 hours. Unacceptable!
Ventajas: The location was not open. I got there and it was closed because they didn’t have any cars.
Desventajas: Kayak should be more aware of the locations and the amount of service that can be provided. I had to travel one hour to get there just to find out that they was closed for the day because of no cars at that location. And when i called i was told that I couldn’t get a refund which I think I unfair.
Ventajas: Received car that I booked, rare these days!
Desventajas: A little bit of a weird wait; standing in a line but they had tons of employees trying their best to get us what we needed. The wait was worth it as I got a Range Rover, exactly what I booked and wanted! Boom!
Desventajas: The car smelled like someone was smoking in it.
