We weren't offered cofee and just because we are in economy class we should be served in better dishes no plastic utensils. Feels like you don't care for your customers unless they fly business or first class. Tickets aren't cheap anywhere with you"

Desventajas: "I booked with Sun Country because rates were significantly cheaper than with Alaska and my priority was to book a nonstop flight. What they don't tell you when booking, is all of the fees associated with your flight that you pay AFTER booking. Baggage Fees: Sun Country doesn't allow you to take more than a personal item on the plane without a fee. It's $20 to check a bag (which you pretty much have to do, as their carry on bag dimensions are smaller than the average roll-a-board bag), and $30 if you want to carry a bag on. Per person. So there's $80 gone for my fiance and I, round trip. Seat Fees: Yes, you heard me right - then you have to PAY FOR YOUR SEAT. I'm sorry - what did I pay for when I purchase my ticket?? The front of the coach cabin starts at $25 per seat (including exit rows), $20, $11 towards the middle, and $2 at the back of the plane. Ok, so apparently if you check in online, you have to select a seat and you have to pre-pay for bags. Ok, felt like I was stiff armed here. The fiance and I decided to go with the $2 seats - can't be that bad, right? Boarding and flight crew were lovely - no complaints here. The plane itself, and the additional costs associated in-air...another story. We were going to a wedding, so he had his suit - the flight attendant let us know the plane didn't have a closet (wait, what?!) so we had to lay it down in one of the overhead bins. Don't worry folks - the bins were next to empty across the entire plan (again, wait, what?!) because of course no one wanted to have to pay $10 more to carry on a smaller bag than it would cost them to check a NORMAL bag. One of the two bathrooms was working, and the entire back of the plane smelled like feces was being recycled through the air system. No wonder these were $2 seats. The aisle was full of people standing the whole flight because the plane only had one working restroom. Entertainment? Hope your phone is charged - the planes are old and don't have outlets. The options for 'entertainment' offered for free on larger carriers like Alaska, are $15 per device on Sun Country - so let's say that's another $60 round trip if we each wanted a 'normal' flight amenity. TOTAL - we're now looking at $144 of charges I would never have imagined ON TOP of the fees I had paid when booking. Next time, I'll go with Alaska - I know what to expect, and know there are no real hidden charges anywhere. At that rate, the cost isn't that different either."

Desventajas: "It is understandable that flights get cancelled /delayed due to weather conditions but it is NOT ACCEPTABLE to handle the situation the way Sun Country did. My flight was delayed by 3 hours due to weather and I missed my connecting flight. The were was no one available at the San Diego terminal to answer questions and the call wait time was 60+ minutes. Eventually I was told that I would have to make my own arrangements for my connecting flight and the connecting airline (Alaska-which must be an affiliate as I had been booked for a Roundtrip ticket via Sun Country) would be responsible for that. So Sun Country just left me hanging and it was up to me to work with Alaska to complete the second leg of my trip."

Desventajas: "Seating was incredibly uncomfortable. The bottom cushion was worn down, so my butt was sore after just a three hour flight. Also, my neck and back were in pain after getting off the flight. I am in my 20's and don't really get sore neck or back, but the seats were just that bad. However, I did have JUST enough leg room even though I am 6'4". I'll probably avoid this airline in the future just for the horrid seats alone."

Ventajas: "Ceres was wonderful during the check in process. She went above and beyond with assisting with some challenges we had with someone in our party. Made it seamless and enjoyable. Great flight!!!"

They were very efficient and left on time. It was a redeye so no food or drink service or entertainment as far as could tell, which was fine."
Desventajas: "The issues that had, I would probably have with any airline: The seats are small, uncomfortable, crammed together and completely booked. It was a red-eye, I was exhausted, brought my own pillow and I still had a difficult time sleeping. I have been flying for over 30 years and the situation has only gotten worse."

I also had a backpack and a purse - as did the other 4 people I was traveling with but they did not have to pay for their carry ons and were asked if they wanted to check their bags for free since it was a full flight. Overall the customer service on both my departing and return flights was very poor. Won't be booking a flight with Sun Country again anytime soon. Would rather pay more money for Delta where I get better service and amenities."

Desventajas: "Nos demoraron 40 min en asignar puerta para desembarcar, tuvimoa que caminar todo el aeropuerto de miami porque el equipaje salio por la gate asignada inicialmente al avion y mi valija se fue para un vuelo de conexion. Media hora de espera mas y termine perdiendo el transfer al hotel y tuve que esperar 3 horas mas al proximo. Un vuelo de 2 horas me llevo todo el dia"

Ventajas: "I had to buy new clothes after lost bag and since bag had been lost twice during my trip, I was reluctant to check the bag. It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - especially the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic. But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them."

Ventajas: "Llegamos a Miami media hora antes de lo previsto"

Desventajas: "Nuestro vuelo tuvo un atraso que nos hizo perder la Conexión en Miami , el personal en Bogota muy descortés y no nos dieron soluciones. El supervisor Mauricio Velez fue desatento y grosero la única solución que nos dieron fue conectar en un vuelo de Delta que supuestamente salía 8:10 am y con sorpresa al llegar a Miami nos dimos cuenta que era 8:10 pm. Pésimo servicio"
